The Condor short pipe type SL is a short pipe made of polyethylene (PEHD) with a flush connection technology with a SBR wedge seal suitable for the renovation and renewal of defective free-flowing lines in the Lining process.

Sealing system:
An SBR wedge seal integrated in the spigot end of the socket joint and two wedge seals per pipe dimension DA 710 mm to DIN 4060 and DIN EN 681-1, quality-monitored by COPRO in accordance with BENOR approval NBN EN 681-1; When pushing the plug-in sleeve, lubricants should be used to prevent dryness and thus possible twisting of the seal.
Mounting system:
The tube modules are always delivered with an external groove on the pointed and socket end. The tube modules are pulled together either with the hydraulic CONDOR puller type Quick-Lock, a hydraulic chain hoist (recommended type Spannfix) or a hydraulic push cylinder with stopper plate.

Test report:
The tightness and root resistance are by testing according to DIN 19537, Part 2, at the MPA NRW, certificate no. 220004058-1 detected; Max. permissible test pressure 0.5 bar in accordance with DIN EN 1610. The short pipes are additionally approved by testing (test report no. 220007715) with the increased value of 2.0 bar internal pressure at 3 ° bending.
