Our range also includes the perforated, flush, restrained push-fit modules for the renovation of damaged landfill drainage and degassing pipes. Depending on the type of damage, suitable refurbishment procedures are proposed by engineering firms. In the case of only minor damage to the old pipes, the refurbishment should be carried out in the lining method with perforated, flush and restrained push-fit modules.
For landfills with large cover heights, socket joints of the old pipes are often to be expected, so it is advisable to use the static burst lining method. When pulling in the short pipes, increased skin friction is to be expected, so that for safety reasons short pipes with wall thicknesses of the SDR 17 or SDR 11 pressure rating should be used. The tubing should always be secured.

- PEHD pipe: according to DIN 8074/75 and DIN EN 12666-1 DA 110 - 450 mm color black or DA 160 - 450mm, color black outside, light inside
- PP-HM pipe: according to DIN 8077/78 and DIN EN 13689 DA 160 - 450 mm Color: black outside, light inside

- 0.50 m, 0.60 m, 0.70 m, 0.80 m, 1.0 m, 1.20 m, 1.50 m, 2.0 m and 3.0 m;

Pipe connection type SL:
- inside and outside flush restrained push-in socket
- Insertion depth: 60 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm depending on the pipe diameter
- the perforated short pipes are also available in the version type SB for burst lining
Sealing system type SL:
On request, the perforated short pipe is also supplied with integrated SBR wedge seals, tested in accordance with DIN 4060 and DIN EN 681-1.
Mounting system:
The tube modules are always delivered with an external groove on the pointed and socket end. The tube modules are pulled together either with the hydraulic CONDOR puller type Quick-Lock, a hydraulic chain hoist (recommended type Spannfix) or a hydraulic push cylinder with stopper plate.
