This is a compact hydraulic traction unit for quick, easy and problem-free assembly of the plugged, restrained and electroweldable CONDOR short pipes from manhole structures DN 1000 mm and excavation pits.
The provided with outer grooves (6) short tube modules are used to hold and lock the steel bracket (1). The socket end of the one short tube module (5) is snapped into the spigot end of the follower module (5) by means of the two pull cylinders (2) (see illustration above left).
When using the QUICK-LOCK-SYSTEM, short tube modules with 0.74 m (L1) and 0.8 m (L2) lengths up to OD 560 mm can be used from standard DN 1000 shafts - instead of 0 short tube modules as before , 64 / 0.70 m in length.
