FOR ASSEMBLING THE WASTE SUBSTITUTE TYPE E / i
Condor has developed a compact, easy-to-operate clamping device with carriage base and clamping frame for rapid assembly and welding of the type E / i sewage saddle to be welded from inside the profile / winding tube.
The sewer saddle is pushed with the aid of the slide unit and a tube chamber (glass fiber rod) in front of the connection opening, pulled with a tie rod through the outlet opening, clamped with the mounting frame and then with barcode from the outside with each conventional E-Muff welding machine max. 48 V voltage, with 4.0 mm plug contacts and temperature compensation welded.
For the walk-in area DN 800 - DN 3600, an additional extension set consisting of a spring steel plate and a retaining pin is available for the clamping device. With the extension set, the clamping tool for the range DN 800 - DN 3600 is converted. The sewer saddles for this area are also clamped and welded to the mounting frame.
The complete clamping device including accessories and the hole saw DA 164 mm are delivered packed in an aluminum transport box.
