WELDABLE FROM THE INSIDE IN PEHD PP PROFILE WINDING PIPES

For the frequently used PEHD / PP profile channel pipes and solid wall winding pipes DN 300 - DN 3600 mm as well as extruded PEHD solid wall pipes in the range DA 710 - 2000 mm, Condor supplies an internally weldable type E / i sewage tank for connecting side inlets DN 150.

With the aid of a patented clamping device, the type E / i sewage saddle is pulled through the outgoing opening created with a hole saw, clamped from the outside and bar-coded with any conventional E-socket welding machine with max. 48 V voltage, with temperature compensation and log memory welded.

Pipe connection:

blunt-end, prepared for heating element butt welding in accordance with the DVS guidelines 2207, part 1 with a special butt welding machine working in the pipe for the rehabilitation of egg profiles according to DIN 4263 in the lining method.

Testing (dimensional stability / stiffness) in accordance with DIN 19537 T 2, Verf. A. (see test report, Münster University of Applied Sciences)
Leak test in accordance with DIN 1610 with water 0.5 bar overpressure
